Commend an Officer
If you would like to commend an officer of the North
Bergen Police Department, please fill out a
police commendation form. You may either print
out and mail this form to the address below or you
may bring it in person to
North Bergen Police Department headquarters. You may
also commend an employee by writing a letter to the
Chief of Police. The letter should be mailed to:

Verbal commendations may be given to any North
Bergen Police Department supervisor. Your
commendation will be reviewed by the Administrative
Division as well as the officer who you are
commending. Exceptional commendations will be
forwarded to the awards unit and officer of the
month units for further consideration.
